After head CT examination, no images such as intracranial trauma or internal hemorrhage were found. After that, surgical suture of the cracked wound and bandaging and hemostasis were carried out, and injection of tetanus antitoxin needle to prevent it. The stitches were expected to be removed in 7-10 days.
